Nor do we collect information about criminal convictions and offences.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SHARE DATA WITH US

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or in accordance with the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that data on request, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to you would get delayed service). 
In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you in good time.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

Below we have described all the ways in which we plan to use your personal data and on which legal bases we rely. We have also identified what our legitimate interests are where appropriate.

If the purpose of the processing is the conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement and the registration of the seminar, the identification contact is used as the data category, and the legal basis of the processing is the contract.

If the purpose of the processing is information about products and services, the identification contact is used as the category of data, and the legal basis of the processing is consent.

If the purpose of the processing is to improve the operation and optimization of the website, technical data is used as a category and the legal basis is legitimate interest (improvement of the user experience and security of the website).

5. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your data will be available only to those persons who, by the nature of their work, must have access to your data. We do not forward your personal data to any other organization.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored in the Republic of Serbia and will not be transferred to other countries.

7. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We have established appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized manner, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those who have a business reason to view it. They will only process your personal data according to our instructions and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

8. STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to comply with any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

We keep the data that we process based on your consent for two years, that is, until the consent is revoked.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including contact, identity and proof of purchase details) for six years after they cease to be a customer, for tax purposes.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act in relation to your personal data.
